What types of furniture products do you have?

At Unikito, we offer furniture for various scenarios.

Home Office Furniture: L-shaped desk, U-shaped desk, game square desk, corner triangle desk, bookshelf, file cabinet, printer rack/shredding rack.

Bedroom Furniture: bed frame, folding bed, headboard, nightstand, closet system, closet rack, vanity desk, and storage cabinets.

Living Room Furniture: coffee table, TV stand, side table, wine cabinet, wine rack, plant rack.

Kitchen Furniture: sideboard, kitchen islands, baker racks.

Entrance Furniture: coat rack, shoe cabinet, shoe rack, golf rack, yoga storage rack.

Pet furniture: cat climbing frame, dog fence, fish tank stand.

Is the product purchased assembled or unassembled?

All products, including L-shaped tables, TV stands, bed frames, wine cabinets, wine racks, etc., are still in parts form and need to be assembled by yourself.

How to get the product assembly instructions?

All products will have a paper product installation guide in the box, you can assemble according to this guide.
If you would like an electronic copy of the product assembly instructions, please send an email to with a picture of the product you purchased, or a link to the product.

How to build Unikito L shaped desk?

The package you received contains paper product assembly instructions for the product, with the corresponding accessory numbers on them. You can find the corresponding accessories first and then assemble them one by one.

If you still cannot complete the assembly, please contact us and we will help you in time.


How many discount codes can I use on a single order?

You can only use one discount code per order. Discount codes cannot be stacked or combined.

Can I use multiple discount codes to get a bigger discount?

No, only allow one discount code to be applied per order. Discount codes cannot be combined for a larger discount.

How to get the discount code?

  1. Get it by subscribing to the website. When you enter the website, through the pop-up subscription window, you can get the discount code after subscribing.
  2. During some special holiday events, we will release the discount code for the limited time event of the special holiday on our blog, Facebook, Twitter, and other platforms.
  3. If you are buying in bulk, you can contact us to get a discount code for a bigger discount.

How to use the discount code?

During the checkout process, there will usually be a section or designated area for you to enter a discount code. Simply enter the code and click the "Apply" or "Submit" button. The discount will be applied to your order total.
Additionally, some discounts may be automatically applied at checkout without the need to enter a discount code.


Can I cancel my order?

Of course, this is possible. Whether you bought the wrong product or found a better option, we support order cancellation.

If you want to cancel your order, please contact us via this email as soon as you decide. If your order has not been shipped, we can cancel the order for you and refund the full amount to your account. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled in this case.

What payment methods are supported?

We currently support PayPal payment, you can purchase through PayPal.

In the follow-up work, we will gradually open credit card payment and other payment channels.


What countries do you ship to?

We currently only support order delivery in the United States. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days. If you require expedited shipping, please contact us for a detailed delivery fee quote.

What are the delivery methods?

We currently have three main delivery methods, FedEx, USP, and USPS. We will choose the fastest and safest delivery method based on your delivery address.

Can I specify the delivery method?

Generally, we do not support designated shipping methods.

If your area is unreachable by the above three delivery methods, you can contact us to specify a delivery method. But the freight needs to be borne by you personally.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Please note that if you need to return or exchange goods, please communicate with us in advance and proceed with the return after receiving confirmation of return or exchange.

Returns and exchanges can only be initiated within 30 days of receipt of the order. Items must be returned in the same condition as received, unworn/unused, with any tags still attached, and contain all original packaging.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

After receiving your returned goods, we need to spend 4-5 working days to confirm the items.

After confirming that it is correct, we will start processing the refund for you. We will send you a confirmation email after the refund is made. Depending on the bank where you opened your account, it will take 1-7 working days for the refund to arrive, so please be patient.
